The hotel's location was very convenient for my business trip, just a short walk from the city center and several local restaurants. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, helping me with my luggage and arranging for a taxi to pick me up from the airport. the room was equipped with a spacious desk and reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to get some work done.

the room I was initially given was in a terrible state, with overflowing toilets, a missing hot water geyser, and an unpleasant odor.
